Non ne sono granché contento ma me lo aspettavo da tempo.
AMAZON, PLAY.COM, TESCO, HMV to be affected as UK VAT loophole closes
09 November 2011
The UK government has announced plans to abolish Low Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) for goods shipped from the Channel Islands to the UK from 1 April 2012. This will affect CD and DVD sales for retailers including Amazon, Play.com, Tesco and HMV, which were all using the loophole to reduce prices on items for the UK market. The government said that LVCR will continue to apply to goods coming from other countries outside the European Union.
